How to auto-select hundreds of oval holes? Pocket Recognition does not work?

I am trying to set up a strategy for machining slots in these pre-made extruded profiles that come in 12 meter lengths (around 36 feet..).

The material is 3mm 6082 aluminum, and I am trying to use Fusion to calculate machining time for various machining strategies.
But struggling with even basic pocket recognition for most strategies. 2D pocket does not work. If I use 2D contour with Silhouette recognition, not all holes are identified due to the shape of the profile. Using Pocket Recognition produces empty tool path.

Most other options I tried, like 2D adaptive/3D adaptive produce empty tool path or time out.

Preview shows the slots being identifiedPreview shows the slots being identified

But result is empty tool pathBut result is empty tool path

I have a model body and a stock body defined in my setup. See files attached.

Any idea to what is wrong with my setup?

can you do one and then simply pattern it?

That would be my approach as well. I tried Pocket detection and gave up after 5 minutes of Fusion becoming unresponsive. I'm sure it was running the calculations, but time is money, it was quicker to do as @programming2C78B suggests and program a couple, putting them into a Linear or Duplication Pattern.

I have thought about patterns, but how do I get rid of the retract moves between the pattern instances? Ideally I would end up with a continuous tool path, but my experience with patterns is that I get a full retract between each pattern instance?
If I select e.g. 10 holes and pattern them 30 times, I end up with 30 full retract and reposition moves that slows me down.?

Put your clearance plane at a level acceptable for you, then manually edit the very 1st Z clearance height so you get your safe visual reference.  Not ideal to manually edit, but then you get the safe move and low retracts...
