How does one cut through a channel with a ramp.

I am trying to cut through a channel with a ramp on the end. I tried Parallel with a Contour on the walls. I see that I cannot get all of the material  on the ramp but I am having trouble with the drop off side and getting the matching radius tool cutting both the wall and bottom. I have done something like this before but something appears to have changed.
