How do I swap the X and Y axis on a DXF file?

I made a drawing for a job I need to run on a CNC mill. The part is 5 inches by 2 inches Unfortunately I drew the part with the 5 side on the X axis and the 2 inch side on the y axis. For efficiency I need to have this file written to a .dxf file with the 5 inch dimension on the Y axis and the 2 inch dimension on the X axis. How can we make that change in Fusion after the drawing has been done and saved previously? (I have tried to rotate the .dxf on my mill, but I can not do that on my mill.)

In Model environment, start the sketch in XY plane, import DXF file, use Move command to rotate and position sketch any way you want, assign constraints or just lock the sketch and exit.

Hey I know this is a stupid question but how would I go about locking the sketch?

While in sketch mode, look at the constraints symbols, there is a padlock, click on it then click on any line of the sketch or enclose entire sketch in "click and drag" motion, when sketch turns green, it is locked in current position.

In order to move it you would have to unlock it by using same process, if line is blue and has no constraints, it can be moved on purpose or accidentally so often times I just lock entire sketch of known dimensions rather then applying constraints, mostly with imported DXF files.

Thank you so much I can't believe it was that simple!

Now I have to figure out how to pad myself on both shoulders at the same time while taking selfy.

Seriously, Fusion has some cool tools, just dig around and connect the dots.
