How do I set tool offsets in Fusion 360 CAM

I use a Heimer to set work piece zero with its measured offset in the machine software tool list. Each end mill I use has a listed and associated offset. Running Visual CAM 2016 w/in SolidWorks, I enter in the tool offsets from the machine software and post the code. When the code is run on the CNC, Z is where it should be across all the ops. However, when running Fusion 360 I entered the tool offsets as the overall length. When that nc code is run on the machine, all Z info is off by as much as a 1/4". How do I account for tool offsets in Fusion 360 accurately?

Fusion simply inputs an offset number, your H#; Tool 1, Height Offset 1 so on and so forth. You would have to touch your tools off at the machine to set the lengths of each tool, in the control
