How do I blend two angles in a corner?

I have to make nearly 100 parts that have a 15-degree wall and a 20-degree wall that meet in a rounded corner. The geometry of the corner isn't important so long as they make a smooth transition. Since I have to make quite a few of these I'd really like to use 15-degree and 20-degree tapered endmills to do the walls, but I have no clue how to blend the corner where these two walls meet. I've attached a sample file that includes the two endmills in the manufacturing tab.

I think that you are probably best doing a 3D toolpath like the "Blend" for example for those corners, example file attached. The angles don not appear to be correct, they are not 15 and 20 degrees, consequently the 15 and 20 degree cutters are overcutting at the top and undercutting at the bottom, don`t know where the model came from but it is an odd size. What size is it supposed to be ??

I will leave you to look into that, meantime I have just done one corner as a example for you that may point you towards a solution 🙂

That's my fault for saying 15 and 20 degrees. I spent so much time looking at tapered end mills that I forgot that the walls are actually 70 and 75 degrees 🙂. Aside from that, the blend toolpath looks perfect for my use case! I had no clue that you could enable that in the preferences. Thanks for the help!

PS - I see what you mean about undercutting at the bottom and overcutting at the top... guess I'll have to figure out what's happening there
