No, a thread like this is not something Fusion is going to be capable of. If the "starts" of the thread were 180 degrees opposed, it might be possible, but as it's modeled, no. Furthermore, while this feature does have a spiral (like a thread), it's a wide groove, requiring the use of a grooving tool and stepovers, something that the thread toolpath doesn't support (the stepovers, that is)
