Horizontal toolpath problem

hi, 

The green lines in the attached photo are causing a alarm on my machine. (siemens control)

Could you please advise how to remove them?

Those are the linking-leads and transitions moves. i am not sure you can get rid of them. Could you maybe try a smaller value for them? What exactly is the alarm saying.

I will agree they do look quite crazy though.

The alarm is, radius for circle programing to small. I have tried increasing the lead in and lead out radius.
