Hole Recognition Parameters

Two quick questions...

1) Is there a way to adjust the parameters for a reamed hole? What I mean is for an 8mm hole, it will pick a 7.8mm drill. Sometimes we like to drill a little smaller, such as 7.5mm for 8mm reamed holes. Is there a parameter setting I can adjust to use drills more suited to the sizes we prefer to work with?

2) Is there a way to adjust the parameters for tapping? By default, it looks like it will only choose drill sizes for cutting taps. Is it possible for me to adjust something somewhere to allow me to pick a setting to allow hole recognition to give me a form tap option?

I think to make a template (in the tool library, then delete the tool) something like this: in the geometry, enter the diameter range and edit the expression:

for example

minimum diameter :tool_diameter +0.1

maximum diameter: tool_diameter+0.3

And for example, if you select a drill bit like 8.8mm, it will select 9mm holes (but also for example 9.1mm, be careful)
