High feed wrong in Haas post

Just had an issue start today with g-code posted from fusion for our Haas. When I post operations the code comes up with a high feedrate of F15.748. Comment at top of code reads: (Using high feed G1 F15.748 instead of G0.)

My machine is a TM3p with a high feed of 400, so I do have the high feed set to 400 in the post process dialog box in fusion. This has worked perfectly hundreds of times before. It seems to have started doing this after the most recent fusion update. I have tried downloading a new copy of the post processor we use (Haas a-axis pre-NGC), and it has not resolved the issue. 

Thoughts?

Your setting is now (with recent update) 400 mm per min.
