hi still having problems with a post processer 3+2

hi still having problems with a post processer 3+2 i have had the machine calibrated so don't think its that when posting out it is out by 2mm overall in size i down loaded 5axismaker from the fusion site as it works with mach3 i have found these sizes (but don't no what they do in)second pic i have put the fixed settings to 0 ,0 because i do manual head move (no motors)thanks in advance Steve brindle
