Help with getting bore to machine on size

This part has 2 boss's on top and two bores on bottom, the boss's come out dead nuts on size using wear compensation with a 2D contour path (wear offset set in machine offset table) however the 2 bores are under size using (-.043") using the same tool and wear compensation and 2D pocket path.

 

I'm pretty new to Fusion but coming from another CAM system but this has me stumped!

I'm not sure but I think "wear" compensation maybe the issue.  I always use "In Machine" compensation.  The pop up explanation states negative value only for adjusting compensation.

Turned out the stock to leave was the issue, coming from another system that would be the amount left for the finish pass, I didn't realize the tab below the # of finish passes was where you defined the finish pass stock.

 

Might be a good thing to emphasis in the tutorials!

I've found when using the "bore" sequence, the "stock to leave" needs to be reversed when doing a boss. Apparently, when machining a boss, Fusion 360 programs it as a bore. So to leave stock on a boss, you have to use a negative number in the "stock to leave" box.  To make the boss diameter smaller, you have to use a positive number.

 

This is very confusing and frustrating and Fushion should point this out in the help pop up.

I'm not finding that to be the case, a boss is leaving stock in the proper direction....
