Help with countersink

I have a countersink 10mm top dia 5mm bottom dia.

I tried a 1/4 ball mill and a 1/8 ball mill

Both yield no toolpath   tool doesn't fit?

What am i doing wrong?

Spiral with Machine Surfaces and the center point works decent.    Have to do each countersink though.
