Help! Siemens 808d (Mill) PostProcesor ERROR

hello!
I am using Google Translate for this post.

I started machining with a Siemens 808D (3 axes) and initially I use AlphaCAM. When trying to use Fusion 360 with the library's PostProcessor I get an error, the code is not correct.

I attach the alphaCAM configuration and the one returned by Fusion360. I hope you can help!

Hi @jofra98

can you share the error message, or a picture of the controller screen showing the error state?

Without knowing on which line, and what the error message is, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Regards.

Hi!

the error is this:

010720: Sequence 31 x-axis software limit switch -

010720: Sequence 31 Y axis software limit switch +

The spindle moves in Z upwards

Apparently the gcode is generated with helix, but without circles?!

But in our library version, both moves are activated.

Do you had issues with arcs previously?

To remove the helix support, you can change the line:

allowHelicalMoves = false;

But the error message on the controller is just saying that some coordinates seems to be outside of the machine limits.
