Help selecting correct machining strategy

I need to machine an inverted fillet around a bore inside a half pipe.

I have it drawn but can't get the manufacturing/CAM to work.

Planned on using a .25 ball nose end mill and hoping to make one or two passes in Z

Hi

Theres a few issues here

• The way you have modelled it there are some undercut regions that are not accessible with a ball nose tool seen in RED here
•  
• 
• The radius of the fillet is not 1/8" so you cant machine it with a .25" endmill its 1/16"
• depending on what you are happy with I have attached an example with a 1/8" ballnose using the trace toolpath that you should be able to work with
