Hard Crash

Every time I open the new tool list, Fusion does a hard crash within 30 seconds. Fusion is currently unusable. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix?

Does it give you the option of submitting a crash report, or does it just close down and that's it?  Is it ANY library, cloud or local?

 

As a fix, you can easily go back to the old Tool Library, by accessing the Preferences menu at the top right (click on your avatar/screen name)

Hi, and thanks! 

Yes, I've submitted a crash report 4 times. I usually set up my tool list first, by doing a copy/paste within the tool library, and that's where the crash happens.

I was able to get it to work by selecting a 2d contour and selecting a tool through that dialog page. By using that approach, I am now able to write code.

I was using the cloud Helical solutions tool list in both cases.

I'll turn off the new tool list option and see if it works better.

Can you PM me the Crash report numbers if you have them, or the email account associated with your Fusion license? The devs can dive into the report and see what exactly is causing the crash
