What do you mean the machine stalls out?

is that code your edited or posted code? G43 has to be on the same line as H and it must match your tool #.

Please click "Accept Solution" if what I wrote solved your issue!

If i leave the Processor without editing the Haas will do a tool change and then not make a move and the spindle spends,

I can edit the Post Processor, and run the program, but tired of editing, looking at other forums sites the G43 on older haas machines need to be the second line,

I have been editing for some time and it works great, just do not want to edit the Post Processing anymore,

For example below the Haas Mill works fine,

Correct when i edit

I removed a bunch of line of code so this is not so long to look at, but mostly the 2nd line is the issue,

I've been running Haas for over 30 years now and I've never had to put the G43 line after the tool change. My first instinct would be to check setting #42 (M00 after M06). This may be causing your issue if it's turned on. If that's not the issue, I would contact your local Haas distributor or Haas directly and see why your program freezes at the tool change because it shouldn't.

Thank you will try that also

This was in the 360 Fusion Post P hand book,

does it mean anything

If TCP positions are output in a 3+2 operation you will have to ensure that the TCP has been enabled for
this operation (G43.4, TRAORI, etc.).

3+2 is 5 axis positioning, this has no bearing on what you're doing.
