Ghost image of some previous tool path

Why does Fusion show a tool path that doesn't exist in the current file? It appears to be a ghost from another file. See attached image. Tool paths showing in the upper right are from another file than the one I am working on. How to I get rid of it?

Do you have any open files? Does it remain after you save and close your files and restart Fusion?

*Note* I've encountered this myself, and usually the steps above are all I need to do to work around the annoyance
