Geodesic and collision avoidance

Does collision avoidance not work with Geodesic? I don't get any options when checking the box like other toolpaths and it does nothing when I calculate.

Here's contour. When checked you get options.

It is an automatic function with no other inputs possible (at this time). Are you still seeing collisions that should be avoided, and would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.

That's because you have Shaft and Holder turned off. With it turned on, we get this:

Collision Avoidance is intended to check the cutting portion against the model, Shaft and Holder checks for the rest of the tool. Shaft and Holder is found here:
