G code not matching simulation

I am trying to do a simple chamfer and thread operation on a lathe. The chamfer appears to move correctly in the simulation but when I PP it is all wrong and the tool attempts to go through the part and gives no headway from the front of the part. The threading does not seem correct either as far as DOC goes. I have attached the part. The post I am using is the Centroid Turning Post.

Bueller Bueller..... I would think this would be a concern since this is the first time that the simulation did not match reality on my machine.

Are you taking into account you've left about 0.05" stock on the end of the part and not faced off?

 

The yellow section in the pic below? Also I think the reason you didn't get a lot of help is because of the FZ3 file, next time temporarily break the link and export as an f3d file.

Strange. That .050 wasn't supposed to be there. I found this issue in inventor and then quickly made a CAM for inventor and it automatically does from center on stock setup so that is where the .050 came from. I fixed it an it appears to have spit out the correct code now. So weird.
