Fusion360 crashes when selecting tool

Hi,

I have sent crash report  CER_222312976 

Fusion 360 keeps crashing when I'm trying to select tool in Tool Library.

Tried clean uninstall multiple times, still crashing.

I'm running on WIndows 7. Any ideas?

I'm vaguely aware of some Win 7 issues, but I'm certainly no authority on the matter. Can you revert back to the old Tool Library and see if it persists?
To swap back; got to your avatar in the top right of the screen. Click on it and then on Preferences. Go to the bottom of the menu and look for Preview Features:

Are you using multiple monitors?

This seems graphics driver-related. Are you up-to-date with your (Intel, I think) graphics driver?

BTW, we have discontinued support for Windows 7, as have many hardware vendors, so if there's a way for you to move to Windows 10, I'd highly recommend it.

Like @jeff.pek @said, it looks like a graphic card issue but also keep in mind that Windows 7 isn’t supported.

It seems to be working with the old Tool Library.

I am looking to change the computer I'm using Fusion to one with Windows  10.
