How can I arrange the tool positions on lathe turret.

In case that I arrange tools positions wrong. While short tools working If the tall ones crushes to chuck is fusion 360 warns me?

There currently is no machine simulation for lathes in Fusion.
So the software is not aware of how your tools are placed on the turret and cannot warn you of collisions.
