fusion 360 not making holes in 5 axis as per drawing in osai post processor

dear,i m trying to use osai post processor for my  5 axis machine which has osai controller.i have modiefied the post as per my machine.

i had made a simple program to make two holes on the top of surface and two at opposite side perpendicular to the surface.

the top surface holes are perfect but the side ones are drilled in air ,above the work piece.

i have attached the pp and program,any one can please help to sort out.
