Fusion 360 How to delete oryginal tool database (sample one)

Hello, 

I have created a templates for automatic hole recognition, with tools i would like to use, parameters ect. But Fusion seems to know better than me what tool i would like to use and constantly selects other tools than i desire - regardless if my first pick would complete the task or not. Even when i select the tool database i want it to use it still picks tools from stock fusion 360 library i do not have in possesion and i will not buy them due to my machine specs. 

Long story short - how to delete fusion 360 oryginal tool library - for good. I dont want holders, tools, speeds and feeds, nothing from stock so the hole recognition wont be able to pick any other tool than these i have in my possesion.

And other thing is, why would the hole rocognition use drill to make chamfer insted of a chamfer mil. There is a 8mm chamfer mill in tool database but fusion wants to use 5mm to make a chamfer on 6mm hole.
