Fusion 360 and Doosan Puma 1500 SY CNC Lathe Machining Issue (Collision During Machining)

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue while machining a part using Fusion 360 on my Doosan Puma 1500 SY CNC lathe, and I need your help. I have explained the details and the problem I am facing below.

Machine and Software Information:

• CNC Machine Model: Doosan Puma 1500 SY

• Control System: Fanuc 18i-TB

• CAM Software: Fusion 360

• Machining Type: C-Y axis turning

Problem Description: I am machining a part using CAM setup in Fusion 360. The first half of the part is machined successfully. After that, the machine rotates the chuck to start machining the second half. However, at this stage, the tool collides with the part, causing an unexpected error.

Problem Details:

• The part appears to be correctly programmed in Fusion 360.

• The first half of the machining process is completed without any issues.

• After the chuck rotates, the tool collides with the part during the second half of the machining process.

• No issues are visible in the simulation, but the error occurs during actual machining.

I would greatly appreciate any insights or solutions from those who have experienced a similar problem. Thank you in advance.
