Form mill - import button not present

Hi

I want to create a form mill but the import button in tool library is not there. What am i doing wrong ?

Form mills are created in Fusion by drawing a sketch. You don't need to do that in the current part file. What I've done? I made a file called "Form Tools". In that, there is a sketch that I add to as needed. Create my revolve profile as needed, create the tool, save it to my library. Easy access for next time it's needed

But how do i get it in the tool library, so i can simulate the form mill in the cam section?
