Toolpath settings:

Changing surface triangulation to .1" from the default of .5" makes it better. Changing toolpath smoothing to 10x the tolerance of .0001" has no effect.

- Usually working off files uploaded to Fusion as: Step, STL, SLDPRT. If it matters ask me.
