Fixture avoidance

I thought I understood this, but can't get it to work again.  I want to mill the shaft and will cut by hand the blks afterwards.  I thought that by listing the blks as fixtures in the stock def menu that fusion wouldn't touch them, but it ignores them.

Sadly defining something as a Fixtures doesn't do anything apart from telling you it touched a fixture in the simulation.

So in short it's completely useless.
