Finishing corners after parallel finishing.

Hello!

I'm new to F360. Cannot find out how to mill corner between two surfaces. There is some material leaved after parallel finishing operation because it was milled by ball mill but corner is designed not with a radius.

I was trying to use Pensil, Contour, Project, Adaptive Clearing paths but not succeded. Have hard time to set parameters for this operation to choose trajectory.

What can you recommend to do this kind of work?

Also, please, provide some links to learn manufacture module of F360 if you can.

Yes. It's 1mm cylindric end mill. I think result would be acceptable. But don't what toolpath to choose and how configure it to do my job.

If you can upload your file then folks can see exactly what is needed. You should be able to use the Contour toolpath with a flat End Mill

Go to:-

File > Export > Select f3d format > Save to a location on your computer > Attach to your next reply using the Attachments facility at the bottom of your reply.

Hi @Anonymous

There's only one tool path in your project?

I'm not sure if this is what you are after?

Yes, thank you. Exactly what I need.

I guess instead of a latest version we accidentally sent one of the previously exported files.

btw I'm trying to load dwg drawing into project with curves, that I need as guidlines for my mill. It loads, for some reason in scale 10:1. The problem is that they import as separate segments of initial curves. And there is not tools that join them. Toolpath uses them as separate segments and uses too much retractions.
