@zodiaceng I know that, however I can't measure that diameter any longer. because it does plunge into the stock and I am at times I would need to measure partly on the the stock if the fit is very narrow. So I would want it turned the full way across the confinement. I guess I just need to change how I view confinement, because it only applies to roughing. I was just thinking that if someone wanted to extend the area they roughed they would want to extend all cuts. It seems as though confinement is more designed to confine inside the model vs outside the model.
Also not so sure how rolling the finish tool around the edge of HTA materials would hold up.
so how to do you handle the issues described in the above post, start creating sketches???
