I have a job I'm currently working on and am patterning 7 bodies to fit my stock. I have a mix of 2D and 3D toolpaths. Some details I need to suppress features on the model in order to run clean toolpaths on certain details. I've done this hundreds of times without issue but for some reason this file keeps omitting my models in the CAM setup, which then moves my stock to a new location, in turn crashing all of my toolpaths, even when being protected. So right now I can only post a small amount of toolpaths, make my changes and regenerate all the toolpaths that reflect that change (since everything already done is now alarming), post that separately, and repeat until its all posted, which is retarded.
Not sure if this is a bug, but I've had this same issue periodically over the years, not consistent, where my setup model would be forgotten and stock would move to a different location. This is extremely frustrating as now I've spent more time dicking around with the CAM than it would take to run the entire job. I have roughly 30 different toolpaths, some patterned toolpaths, etc. There's gotta be a stable way to select model bodies, and have the CAM remember these even if features are suppressed. The bodies were never deleted, moved or altered in any way to delete their history.
I can't share the file for this or screenshots as its under NDA, however this seems to be a fairly straight forward issue.
