Feature Request: Separate Feed Rates on Steep and Shallow Toolpath

I would like to make a feature request to have a separate feedrate for steep, and a separate feedrate for shallow.

I would like to run the shallow toolpath slower due to using the tip of the ball mill. I understand I could create two toolpaths, one 3D parallel and one 3D contour, but I would like to keep the strategy of steep and shallow so that it cut areas in the order it see's fit. If I separate into two toolpaths that it will machine all shallow areas first, and if it's close to a wall, it will cause a collision with the tool shank.

I feel like this would be a simple change to make and offer many users a bit more flexibility.
