Facing toolpath feedrates (milling)

I have been working around a slight bug for a while now and decided to throw it out to see if there is already a solution or any input from other users.

When doing roughing and finishing in a facing operation (milling), there is a separate input box for "finishing feedrate", it works as expected. However, it still uses the lead-in and lead out feedrate from the roughing passes. It normally wouldn't matter, but sometimes I can't fully lead off the part for clearance on fixtures, etc. so as you can imagine, there is a distinct difference in surface finish. Not a huge issue as I have been creating a separate operation for the finish pass but would be helpful if there was a solution, I would expect in most occasions, the lead-in and lead-out feedrate could/should match the actual cutting feedrate so the software should be able to output the correct values to the post.

Any ideas?
