Face Grooving broken ?

I'm trying to do a face groove on a simple part but something seems to be off with the latest version 

2.0.7046

I've loaded the example from the forum but that just produces an empty toolpath now.

Hi @nicolas6DNFL,

I changed the rotation of the tool incl. the rotation of the spindle.

Now it works.

I'm confused, if the tools is flipped and the spindle is rotating the other direction as I had it, shouldn't this have worked ? 

Sorry of this is a stupid question, I'm very new with Turning CAM.

I haven't found a  tutorial explaining  these options
