I just started using Fusion 360 CAM. I want to turn the model in 3 turning operations. The first Operartion would involve turning it upto the largest flange diameter. But each time i generate a turning feature, it auto selects all the grooves.

Currently, the only method at your disposal is to turn off Radial Grooving:

The developers are keenly aware of the need for Groove Suppression, and they've got a solution being worked on 😉
