Error TRUNST-E0002 during arrange - is there a fix?

I have a model, originally a SolidWorks model, that I wish to take parts of and arrange on a sheet for cutting. However, due to the way the model was constructed, the orientation of each part is a little different and the "grain" detection is all over the place.
So first, I created a manufacturing model, then selected all the bodies I wished to nest and converted them to components.
I want to use advanced arrange (I do have Nesting & Fabrication extension) to orient these parts appropriately. If I simply auto-arrange the parts of my Manufacturing Model, it looks like this:
So my next step is to go through each part using the "select edge to align with x-axis" feature:
However, if I do this, I immediately am given a "TRUNST-E0002" error and all my work goes away.
I can find no solutions or information regarding this error, only a workaround posted a while back on these forums that does not seem to work here.
I would really, really prefer not to go through every single one of these 60 bodies in Nest Preparation and try to figure out the exact angle of grain adjustment, since I cannot do align-with-edge in that interface.
I've attached the f3d here as well.
Is there any way forward here? Please let me know, thank you.
