Error Opening New Files

This is the second file I've had this error happen with this week? Is there any explanation or fix?

I apologize if this is not what you are doing, but I did have similar to what you are getting once, because I opened a file from the computer, without uploading it.  It was an exported fusion file, but I did not upload it, I just clicked on "open from computer...", and that didnt work.  If this is what you did, upload the file and open it from there instead.  If you did upload it, disregard my comments.

So the first time it happened was a Fusion file I downloaded from this form about a tool path strategy. I downloaded it to my computer then uploaded it from Fusion in the normal manner from my computer.

This time (second scenario, different part) the lead of our Team Hub uploaded the assembly, who has no problem opening the file and has been working on it. I requested access thru Fusion and once he granted it I tried to open it and I got the error. There was also another file in that folder shared and I could open it no problem so it file specific.

So I guess the fix is to make sure whoever you are downloading the fusion file from or getting access from is on the same software update. I just updated mine which he had already done this morning and now it works.
