Error: Invalid stock boundary

Howdy crew,

Looks like I'm back asking for some advice. The CAD for my parts is simple, it's the CAM that messes with me.

I am turning a part in 3 stages: neutral tool, right hand, and then left hand. I can't figure out why I get this "Invalid stock boundary" on the right hand and left hand operations. I may be blind. File attached and many thanks in advance for any help.

cheers,

Cosmin

Turn off the "Rest Machining" and it works fine. 🙂 🙂

Move the Containment boundary on second setup for the Roughing

Move boundary again for setup three and dump the Roughing operation.

Just suggestions, see image below and the attached file, just ideas, up to you if you want to use them to maybe point you in the right direction 🙂 🙂 🙂

Many thanks for the help! I poked at it a bit more and found something I can live with. I added 0.002mm to the Height (Z) of my stock and everything went away. I am now on track to be king of bobbin furniture finials in no time.

cheers,

Cosmin
