@TurtleRacing Do you have the "spun-profile" preview feature flag turned on?

Thanks,

Yes, I turned it off and it works. I would like to know why it used to be ok to use spun profile and now it's not. This stuff is happening all the time anymore and it's getting frustrating. Every time I turn around I have to come in here and find out why things that used to work no longer work. I spend  more time researching changes made to make my life better!

@TurtleRacing The new spun profile algorithm is still in "preview", which means it's still being worked on in order to fix bugs such as the one you've reported. Once we fix all these outstanding issues it will be released to users and will demonstrate much more robust behavior.

I'm not trying to be a pain but how about testing things like this on people that are informed they are testing and willing to do so? Most use volunteer beta testers, I'm not the one. I own my business, I program, set up and sometimes have to operate. So every time I have to come on here and figure out why something is not working that used to work, it burns time.  I hate to be DebbieDowner here but I do not have the time to test your "previews". You are seriously wasting a bunch of my time, it's not just this, there's so many others.  I'm pretty sure the 3d contour toolpath still is not fixed and it used to be my favorite tool path. I haven't been able to use it for months now. Quit changing crap till you know it's good to release.

@TurtleRacing Our preview features are under a check box precisely because they are unfinished features. You are under absolutely no obligation to turn them on and use them and when you do your usage is governed by the preview agreement which means you accepted to using the feature with no guarantees as to its maintenance or even eventual release https://www.autodesk.com/company/terms-of-use/en/general-terms#versions

Having said that, we do usually try and fix any bugs we find (including this one).

@TurtleRacing Bear in mind, I was asking if this preview feature is on in the preferences dialog, not the option in the setup dialog, which is a released feature.spun profile.png

That is checked, but guess what, I did not check it, ever. This is another thing that 360 seems to do constantly, change my settings in preference. A while back all of my view settings were changed after an update, had to come on here and research that too. Maybe someone should figure out why updates are changing preferences? I can tell you for a **** straight fact that once my preferences were set, I NEVER go back to them unless there's an issue. I don't know what the answer is, I just wish I could get on Fusion and use it consistently without having to do this constantly. I've been begging for this for some time now and I get treated like I'm being unreasonable. But time is money and I picked this program to save me time, for the last few years you guys seem to be costing me all kinds of time.
