I think i saw my CNC machine perform a rest machining manouvre yesterday. Has turning on "In Process Stock" made my machine perform rest machining?
When you say "My machine", do you mean the computer you're running Fusion on, or the actual CNC machine in your shop?
Whatever is happening at your machine is first shown in Fusion (for the most part, there are some oddball exceptions).
IPS has little to do with Rest Machining, it's mostly a graphical display of your in-process stock to help eliminate bouncing between programming and simulation

I was intending to refer to the actual CNC machine in my shop. I was expecting it to perform a ramp spiral down, then 2D adaptive clear a pocket, but I had already had it drill a hole and it seemed to plunge straight down the hole then machine the pocket. The hole was in the same location as where i expected it to ramp spiral down, but it happenned super quickly, in the blink of an eye, and did not seem to spiral.
Can you share the file that produced this result? In Fusion, did you witness it spiraling down, or was it a plunge move?
