The 'developers' have given Fusion soo many problems it's now almost junk status.

@rhetths @arouca.neto could either of you share your Fusion file here?

@rhetths ,

Based on your screenshot, it appears that you're using the new "Automated Arrange" public preview (found under Preferences > Preview Features > Automated Arrange) which was delivered in the May release. When enabled, among other differences, Automated Arrange creates new instances for the arranged components (instead of moving original model components - behavior of former Arrange functionality).

Please use the 'X Offset' and 'Y Offset' values in the Envelope tab to ensure the arrangement results don't overlap the model components.

While still in Preview, if you need to use the old Arrange functionality for any reason, you may disable the Automated Arrange preview from under Preferences > Preview features.

@arouca.neto , without additional details in your image, I'm only guessing that you're also experiencing the same issue I mentioned above. If arranging within a sketch boundary, please ensure this sketch is away from the original model components in order to avoid any overlaps.

If you notice any overlapping parts beyond this scenario, please share the model. That could be related to a known issue with extraction of nestable profiles / projections.

Regards,

@arouca.neto ,

Ok, then it must be the other issue I suspected. Can you please share the model so that I can take a deeper look? Thanks,

Thankyou for your help.  The new style may have some interesting possibilities, but i quickly found that i could not modify the arrangement, so i have turned the preview off.  It is very annoying to have my workflow disturbed on a regular basis by issues like this.  I have already toolpathed the arrangement so now i need to try to workaround it's uneditability.  Fusion is such a mess these days.
