Error 010 Improper G-Code

I am programming directly on the machine (Fanuc 21-M), and I want to create a mirror of the program, when I put the G51, it gives me this error. I've been to see it at MDI and it's really the G51.

Can anyone help me?

Programming directly at the machine, not using Fusion?

Are you certain that your machine actually supports the scaling function?
