Engraving Curve Problem

Hi, i am experimenting with engraving on a 3axis CNC i built myself and i am trying different ways to design and program the cuts. today i created a pattern design made of the intersection of circles, kinda like a leaf shape but after applying the Engrave op the cut is not round it leaves a diamond shape on the work instead of a rounded shape.

Any idea what is causing this? on other designs like a rose i did earlier it cuts everything without problem

Hi @guilhermeaocosta,

No i dont know what it could be based on the image, its always tricky to try and figure these things out from a picture.

If you can reproduce it then i would be happy to take a look at it for you however totally understand if its too much work!
