Engraving a wide but shallow logo

I have a project where I am trying to engrave a fairly large logo into ColorCore HDPE. I would like the engraving to be no more than 0.1" deep (surface color layer is .05" thick, material is 0.5" thick). Most of the details in the logo are <0.125" (the diameter of the end mill I'm using to cut the contours). I have a 90deg, 60deg, and 22deg V-bit. I think some of the details might need the sharp taper of the 22deg v-bit, but it goes WAY too deep to make the wider areas of the logo.
Is there any way to set a maximum depth for the engraving operation in F360? Should I do a pocket operation with the 60deg v-bit, then do a trace with the 22deg? I'm really new to CAM and designing tool paths, so any input you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
