Driving a line or a curve on a surface with a ball end mill

All I could find was trace but that doesn't allow surface control.

I wanted to make a pass across the inside of a pocket and have it drive up the ramp along the side. Ive seen in other software where you can select a curve that is on a plane or surface so you can control the contact point without violating the plane or surface, Is this done another way with Fusion?
