Drilling cycle is off location

We are having an issue that the drill is not drilling on the specified location and is actually violating the model.  I have never seen this before and cannot see anything wrong that would cause this problem.  Looking for a solution and maybe a reason why it would be doing this.

Could you at least include a picture of your problem?  You gave no details at all, very difficult to help 😮

With the info you provided, it could be a gazillion issues, maybe not even related to Fusion.  Did you check the coordinates it outputs compared to your model?

yes, i was trying to attached the file, but would not see a place to attach a model.  Here is a picture of the issue.  The model is red and you can see it is drilling into the model.

It almost looks like a slight graphic issue.  Do you mean that those red holes seem to be slightly offset in the Y+ direction?  If so, I think it's just graphical.  Check the coordinates in the simulation (info tab), you'll know right away if they are off position.  If they are, you might have to attach your project file here.

I did check the code that is outputted and it is wrong.  I am not seeing the paperclip to attach my file but would be willing to do that as well.

I am actually trying to figure this out for one of my colleagues because we scrapped this plate already and I have to fix the problem.  He doesn't know exactly what he did but I am thinking he didn't select a body as the cam reference and fusion just used a "CAM component".

So I opened your file, and the holes are off as you said... but I open the operation and click ok, and they go back in place.  What I see, is when you go to design space, the model is not constrained, it is floating around.  So if you move it, go back to manufacture, the holes are off again, until you regenerate.  Maybe someone accidentally moved the model a bit, you should fix it in place to avoid this.
