Drill cycle - start inside hole, retract above part?

I have to drill a 6.3" deep 0.300" hole. I want to start with a stubby, regular length, then the long series. How can I post it out so my 2nd drill will do the first peck at Z-1.5 and the 3rd drill at Z-3.6 without having it start at Z0.1 (the R plane) and cut air. 

My first guess is maybe post out non-canned cycles and manually delete the first few sections?

I want to rapid down to -1.45 and start the first pecks, but retract to +0.1 for chip evac.

OR do I do a 1.5 first peck with a Reduction of 1.4 and a min peck of 0.1? At least that removes all the first rapids.
