Cutting chamfer on model

I have 4 pieces of plywood I am trying to cut out on this project. 2 sides on each piece need chamfered at 45 deg all the way to the bottom of the piece (I am making a box out of these pieces) I am trying to do this chamfering on the CNC router so I do not have to use the table saw.

A few options I think I see....

1. I could use a 90 deg v bit to do this. It is tough to find a large enough and reasonably priced v-bit to do this with a single pass contour. I could do it in multiple passes with a smaller bit but I am unsure how to laterally create those passes. For example running the bit through the middle of the chamfer to half the depth and then running it on the edge at full depth.

2. Use a flat or ball endmill to 3D cut the chamfers. I have not done anything 3D yet. I wasn't able to select the face I wanted to cut so I'm not even sure where to begin on this option.

Thoughts?

If you define your tool as a "Tapered Mill" and select that, it opens up a new option on the fourth tab of the operation. That new field is "Multiple Depths". Inside of that area, you can specify wall angle:

I've attached your file. The tool dimensions ARE NOT correct. They were just for demonstration purposes
