Cutting above desired area

I am in dire need of some assistance, I have a DMS 5-Axis CNC Router I am fairly new to running, it was recently moved to a new location and calibrated by 3rd party, I have ran this machine before and always use the same template which I have attached..

After the technician left I went to run my spoilboard program with the exact same setup and operations as always however I cannot get the Z to reach the profiles, it cuts almost exactly 3.5 inches above the desired top height...

any help would be greatly appreciated

Probably has to do with your tool offset measuring set up. Call the tech and find out - the program looks fine.

Looking at your program, it looks correct. Interesting enough, if you measure your set up thickness, it is 3.0", perhaps something in your tool setup was referenced to the bottom of your table. I would think it is the way your tools are being measured. Are there any weird entries in the work offset table? Maybe someone put in a positive value in Z work offset for a dry run to check program?
