Cut height issue with plasma table

I am having issues with the cut height on my CNC plasma table. The torch is cutting too low and dragging the material no matter what offsets I enter in the cam tab. What would cause this issue and how would I resolve it?

Does your machine have torch height control? It sounds to me that your machine doesn't quite know where the torch might be.....

Yes I am running a Proma THC which looks to be operating as it should. The torch probes the material and retracts as it should, but the pierce and cut height is way to close. Could I possibly be setting the offsets in the heights tab incorrectly? My recommended  cut height is .06inch, however even when this is entered in the TOP HEIGHT section the torch is still too low.

I'm not sure what you have selected and defined in Fusion, so it's going to be a bit of a guessing game. Can you share the file?

I think my first guess would be that you've defined your WCS with Z origin on the bottom of the material. After that, my next guess would be that the Top Height is not designated correctly. After that, I'd be looking at your settings on the machine side of things to see if everything is proper there
