customized machine kinematics

I wanted to customize the machine kinematics(to add rotary axis in left side of the machine),

I tried so many times but the machine simulation does not working.

somebody tell me how to do it.

Hi

The file you uploaded didn't have a valid machine configuration so I couldn't do anything with it.

Try this one attached.

I have turned off TCP and also changed the orientation to Custom and set the Vector to -1 on the X.

This is possibly necessary for the Rotary being on the left, but you will need to confirm the rotary turns the correct direction on your actual machine
